Lochmaddy Marina Pricing - 2026 Season
Below are the berthing rates for this year.
With the marina being fully reinstated we have plently of space available and your custom will greatly support us as we recover over the last few difficult years.
Payment can be made via PayPal, using PayPal to pay with debit / credit card or of course PayPal funds. Alternatively, you can transfer directly into our bank account as per the details below. Cash and / or cheques are strictly by prior arrangement only. Payment indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Additional Facilities
Within the marina facilities there is also a pay as you go laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Please can we ask that you leave these facilities and the shower and toilet areas as you would expect to find them. The marina is staffed by volunteers and we will do our best to keep these facilities clean, however we do ask you to please play your part in helping us all enjoy the facility.

Local or Visiting Yachts and Pleasure Craft Fees:
Please note that if the marina is busy, you may be told to raft up with another vessel so that we can maximise space.

Short Term:
Up to 4 hours – £5. Visiting tenders / drops offs: embarking and disembarking – £2 per person.

Daily Rates:
£3 per metre, to include any water and electricity. From the third night onwards a discounted rate of £2 per metre shall apply.
£2.50 per passenger landing from cruise boats.

Local Resident Annual Rates:
£75 per meter – Apr 1st to Sept 30th.
£85 per meter for full year.
Commercial and Fishing Boat Fees:*
Please note that if the marina is busy, you may well be told to raft up with another vessel.
Daily Rates
£5 per meter, per boat.
Short Stay
£40 per boat for two hours, day rate applies after that.Annual Rates
£385 per metre.
*Commercial and fishing boats may use the marina and / or associated space around it with prior agreement only, otherwise a daily rate of £500 shall apply per vessel for each day, part day and / or visit. An additional premium may also be charged for vessel weight / size and is entirely at the discretion of Lochmaddy Marina Ltd. Berthing at the marina is not an automatic right, however berthing at the marina does indicate your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
